Novamelt offers, under the brand name Novamelt® PS, a wide range of pressure sensitive adhesives based on thermoplastic rubber. This product group shows high growth rates based on the good performance on skin. The industry uses transparent as well as filled products containing zinkoxid. The main argument for the success of this product group is the omission of organic solvents.

Demands for special developments with specific end-use properties are also possible. Due to the high number of different substrates in combination with new applications and coating technologies, the results are present in a broad range of activities.

At room temperature, the products are solid. These products are supplied in siliconized cardboard boxes containing 17,6 lb or in fibre drums containing approx 380 lb.

Hotmelt adhesives are melted with block melters or drum-unloaders. Coating is made at 300 to 355 °F, depending on the specific application, on standard roller- or slot-die-coating machines.
