Novamelt offers a new pressure-sensitive adhesive system for the graphics industry which does not require drying and/or high temperatures during processing and manufacturing of self-adhesive products.

Novarad® RCL products are acrylic based liquids at ambient temperature which can be processed with the standard printing methods, such as flexo or screen print. This enables coatings to be made in geometrical patterns and zones as well as full-surface coating. This type of product can be processed from room temperature to 45 °C and the pressure-sensitive adhesive itself is only created after UV-curing.

This material is supplied in PE canisters containing 10 kg.
